I have over 20 years experience as a therapist in diverse settings and different populations. I provide individual and family therapy to children and adults. I am interested in helping people become the best version of their self and focusing on their strengths. My goal is to provide a safe place for self exploration, gaining insight, awareness and acceptance. I integrate theories of mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Humanistic Psychology and use holistic approach to help clients find balance and peace in their lives. I have a special interest in working with children/adolescents who are experiencing;
* behavioral problems
* social anxiety.
I am also interested working with adults who are dealing with;
* past trauma/PTSD
* drug and alcohol problems(significant others or self) and
* parenting difficult children or with mental health problems.
Special focus on healthy self exploration, emotion regulation, healing past trauma, and living in a more mindful and healthy way.
